LuxAuthenticate operates independently and is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or approved by any luxury brand. We do not endorse specific brands or products; our evaluations rely solely on our extensive experience in luxury goods.

We provide luxury authentication services for various goods based on our expertise in the luxury goods industry.

5. User Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using the Services.

6. Image Submission

By submitting images for authentication, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those images solely for authentication purposes.

7. Authentication Process

We analyze submitted images and provide an authentication opinion (authentic, not authentic, or inconclusive). Our evaluations may differ from other companies due to variations in manufacturing, image analysis limitations, and inherent subjectivity. A physical inspection by a qualified professional may be recommended for definitive authentication

8. Refund Policy

We strive for high accuracy (nearly 98%) but acknowledge that discrepancies with other opinions may occur. A full refund will be offered if our findings are disputed by two credible third-party authentication services with official documentation. Please note:

Refunds do not indicate agreement with third-party assessments.
Allow three business days for processing after submitting required documents.

We will issue a refund if we can't provide an accurate evaluation; however, no refund will be given if the required image/s have not been submitted.

9. Limitation of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services is protected by intellectual property laws.

12. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. You may also terminate your access at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the Philippines.

The decision to purchase an item is solely at the discretion of the customer. We only authenticate based on the images submitted to us. Any discrepancy or difference between the actual item and the images submitted is not our accountability. We are not liable for any damages or inconveniences resulting from our assessments based on the information and images you provide.

Disclaimer for Physical Based Authentication:

LuxAuthenticate does not assume responsibility for delivery, pickup, or storage of items submitted for authentication; these responsibilities lie solely with the customer.

Item Retrieval Deadline: All items must be picked up within two (2) days after authentication completion; failure to do so may result in storage fees.
No Liability for Unclaimed Items: Items unclaimed beyond two days will be stored outside our unit; we prioritize bag repair services over unclaimed items regardless of authenticity and will not be liable for loss or damage to unclaimed items due to limited storage space.
