How does the authentication process work?

Our process is simple and secure. You'll submit clear, high-resolution photos of your item from various angles, including any logos, serial numbers, and authenticity cards. Our experienced team of experts will analyze the images against our extensive database and industry knowledge to determine authenticity.

How long does the authentication process take?

Typically results are released within a maximum of 24 hours but in some cases, we may need extension depending on a lot of factors arising from authentications.

Do you also do physical authentication?

Yes, I do physical authentication by appointment. Or you can ship your item/s to me. Physical authentication normally takes 4 hours. But in cases that you have more than one item, it should be longer.

If my item is counterfeit, do you issue a document for refund purposes?

Yes, I can issue a Written Statement of Counterfeit as documentary proof. We also have a service called Counterfeit Cashback Recovery that offers assistance to customers who are having a difficult time getting back their money due to inauthenticity of the item purchased. It includes consultations, advices, documentation preparation, legal advice and educating the customer on how to avoid it from happening again.
